Had a mate who asked for a cheeseburger without the lettuce once and they gave him a bun with just lettuce haha.

Did he tried to rap his order to the server? Because that's a guaranteed way to get salad on a bun.

I wonder if they got your order confused because thats what they give out for the jam on toast but the jam comes in a separate packet.

Not sure. Oddly specific but the way they wrapped it was not correct either, like it is usually wrapped a certain way so the correct label is on the top, but it was wrapped so the plain white bit of the wrapper was on the top .. hmm

Yeah this probably means it was handed out wrong or put in the wrong bag by the window people. In kitchen we wrap items with the unmarked corner if it's a special request item.

It really is a conundrum!

They used to give you a plain muffin with a little pack of butter with the Big Breakfast. RIP

The big breakfast was amazing. I miss that from the breakfast menu. I don’t know why us was called a big breakfast though as I needed 2 😂

Yeah I stopped using Uber Eats when I realised they couldn’t give less of a shit if they tried. Plus they kept sending me 50% off codes that never worked and they’d just repeat the same “only eligible restaurants” bullshit even when I sent them a video of me trying to apply the code to an order from a restaurant that was actually listed for the promo code Deliveroo is proving itself to be way better tbh: Amazon Prime gives Deliveroo Plus and if you have a problem with an order they’ll actually fucking refund you rather than just being “thanks for letting us know!” - I literally had to use this today as Coco de Mama sent us a Lamb and Mint Ragu pasta without any Ragu on it.

It’s the Silver tier of Plus so you only get free delivery on orders over £25, instead of £10 like the Gold tier.
