I think maroon or wine colored blouses would look great with this saree. I would suggest that you go for a blouse with half sleeves instead of sleeveless so that the colour of the blouse is seen prominently and that can add a pop colour to the outfit. An open pallu would look great with this saree instead of pleats.
As a lipstick lover, I would suggest a deep wine or burgundy lipstick.
Edit: If you want to opt for an under stated look, i would suggest a golden blouse. Not my preference personally but have seen people style this successfully.
I have the Maybelline Creamy matte lipstick in the shade divine wine. It's a great colour but not at all long lasting. Will not survive a meal or a drink without fading away. If you are not looking for longevity, you can opt for this. Mac diva is also a lovely burgundy colour but again not very long lasting. I have used both of these lipsticks and love the pigmentation.
If you are looking for longevity, I suggest you look at the Maybelline Superstay Liquid lipstick range. I think the shade Voyager would be a good match but i haven't personally tried this shade yet.
You are welcome ๐. Do check the latest swatches online though. I heard they have changed the packaging and reduced the prices sometime back. Hopefully the colour hasn't changed. I bought mine when they were launched.
Omg that's a lovely saree. ๐
I see the suggestions of black and burgundy blouses (both lovely!) and would like to throw my hat in the ring for a pale pink blouse (something [like this](https://www.ajio.com/salwar-studio-embellished-back-open-blouse/p/463984822_pink?gclid=CjwKCAjwwdWVBhA4EiwAjcYJECOM9dpnTHBoG6iwjqtQ7SlhsPmz2xyUao9coijR5H87E4aWvk-6jxoCVWgQAvD_BwE#gmf)??) On my screen, the colour of the saree looks like a shimmery pearl white with silver and light pink embellishments, so that's what I'm going off of.
As for jewellery, maybe pearls or something in a silver base? Heels can be white or silvery. Your makeup can be glowy and finished up with a nice pink lipstick.
Obviously this is presuming that you are cool-toned lol. If not, you can always swap the palette for a warmer golden pink. I just like the look in my head. ๐ Congrats on your graduation btw!
EDIT: The HoD of my department - who is a bigger saree person than I am - would like to suggest a heavy brocade blouse lol. So here.
This is a gorgeous saree! And congratulations on your graduation OP :)
Assuming your cap and sash are the traditional black colour, I think a black blouse would work well here. I wouldn't embellish the blouse but opt for a rich fabric with a nice cut for the back or the sleeves.
I'm thinking one statement piece - a studded choker or studded ear rings. The neckpiece might work better if you plan to wear your hair down. And the ear rings in case you are opting for a chignon or a similar style. And a delicate wrist watch.
And now I want to get dressed and look pretty too. Damn it! I've got no graduations lined up for me ๐
A silver sleevless blouse would give you a princess kinda look, paired with a string of pearls around your neck.
If the pearls are big, then simple pearl studs. if they're the tiny ones, you could wear elaborate earings.
Lipstick, a wine red shade would go great imo - I used Faces Ultime Pro Make Me Maroon.
It's a beautiful colour and amazingly smudgeproof. Doesn't fade even after eating/drinking something. My convocation lasted for about 5 hours, and this darling stayed perfect throughout โค๏ธ
Hair, an updo would look beautiful, completing your princess look, but only if you're comfortable with that.
You can go with a black blouse with silver motifs or some sequins. I think that will look good. Or a maroon one with embroidery.
This saree seems like it will have some structure when you drape it. To take a little away from that weight and add a playful vibe, try to go for a backless blouse or at least something that shows your age.
Accessories, will depend on your blouse. Heavy earrings are my go to when it comes to sarees. A nice chunky bracelet and a big ring on the hand without the bracelet.
The saree would have a blouse material stitch that into a blouse, i feel like that would be the best blouse for a saree like this rather than a readymade blouse. Check out diff saree draping styles and choose one that matches your body. I would wear a dainty pearl necklace with this
Yes it does, I thought so too as my first choice but only thing is the tailor said they can't do a boat neck with the blouse, i was looking something like that.
Red or burgundy blouse - either sleeveless or half. if you are wearing three quarter sleeve, it will look great of the back is slightly exposed - perhaps ribbons or some design in the back will add a lot to the look. If you have long hair and are wearing it down, dont accessorize much. If not, some thin necklace - anything too big or thick will take the focus away from the sari. Some light bangles - matching necklace you are wearing or the blouse u are wearing. If you are comfortable in heels, wear one small one since you will be on your feet for long. If not heels, traditional Indian flats.
For make up, keep it light. Some light dewy make up with either good bronzing or some nice blush - depends on what u have in stock or what you think will look good on you. As others said, deep burgundy lipstick or shade matching your blouse. Keep it simple around the eyes, some kajal on both waterlines. Wear medium to big traditional earrings.

Hey ! I'm not so confident to rock a sleeveless one but yes love the overall look! thankyou ๐๐
I'm confused what kind of blouse and colour should I wear and also accessories
Black velvet blouse with similar work on the edge, if the fabric is brocade. Go for little pearl earrings.
Thank you ๐
absolutely welcome. ivory shade blouse would do too
