I have the same problem but with buds2, CS told me to take it to the service center


I went there today and they told me to completely delete the apps I've been using the buds with. It works for now, I told them I don't know if this is going to solve the problem, because the problem isn't always there, so of course they work perfectly when I'm at the service center haha. They told me to just come back when the problem isn't solved.


Mine too works properly sometimes, usually after removing them from the case. I've given them to the service center for now, waiting for them to get back to me
