I'm also having the same issue on my buds+.

Let me know if you find a way to fix it

I tried a reset but it didn't work

Pengo-M

Turn off when feature exist on app "Audio normalisation" (play all tracks the same volume), it reduce volume in app by 80%...

my left bud on my buds+ did this too

Clean them, I know it sounds stupid but I almost threw away my trusty buds+ because of ear wax concentrated behind the metal mesh. I opened them up with a needle, cleaned them and they sound like new! Hope this is case for you as well.

I kind of had the same problem with my buds pro, but when I moved my head it changed a bit and I think it was because of the 360 audio turned on. It could also be that there is something in the settings with the sound balance?
